The logic
Start with distinct letters to test more possibilities. Keep the exact matches, move the misplaced ones, and use your next guess to rule things out.
Repeated letters count only as often as they appear in the answer. Exact matches are scored first; the remaining letters are checked after.

How are repeated letters scored?
Exact matches are counted first. A letter in the wrong position is marked only if an unused copy remains in the answer. If the answer has one L and you guess two, at most one L can receive a positive clue.
Is this Wordle, and is there a daily limit?
Word Five is an independent word game inspired by the familiar five-letter, six-attempt format. It is not affiliated with the official Wordle game. This is unlimited practice: each new round selects a common word from a curated set of 200 answers.
